Legal aspects of the business

The security business means a complex of measures taken by individuals and legal entities to protect life, health and property of individuals, as well as property of legal entities, from unlawful acts.

The Private security company «Business Security» is licensed to handle all kinds of security services stipulated by Russian law, as well as design, set up, install and run security and fire emergency systems. A license is a certification of authority for a legal entity to perform commercial activities. A licensing certificate is an official document and is protected against counterfeiting.

«Business Security» was incorporated as a limited liability company in accordance with the constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Russian law No. 2487-I «On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation,» Russian law No. 150-FZ «On Arms,» the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as other laws and acts of the Russian Federation.

Business Security’s functions based on license No. 2263 issued by the Main Interior Department of the South Administrative District of Moscow on September 5, 2000 and valid until September 5, 2008.

Every single employee of Business Security studies the legal aspects of the security business as part of a mandatory training course.
